This shipping policy applies to all domestic orders within the United Kingdom. By placing an order with Lucas Couture, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 4 to 6 business days after dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days (processing + shipping).
  • Shipping Methods: We use trusted carriers including Royal Mail, Evri, and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: Free shipping is offered on all orders within the United Kingdom. No hidden fees or surcharges apply.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress online.
  • Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours after dispatch.

4. Address Changes

  • You may request a change to your shipping address by contacting our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the product in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If our delivery partners are unable to deliver your order due to address issues or unavailability, they will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt. Photographic evidence of the damage may be required to process your claim.
  • After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit for items confirmed as damaged in transit.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

8. No Shipping on Public Holidays

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on UK public holidays. Please allow extra time for delivery during these periods.
